If you really want to follow a healthy diet plan, free your kitchen cupboards and refrigerators from fatty foods and junk food. After doing this create space for the healthy food options. Load them with nuts, fruits and vegetables. Fill your fridge with healthy appetizers like carrots, cucumber, cauliflower, onions and tomatoes etc. The magical formula to stay fit is eating maximum raw organic foods in your diet plan.

If you are not overweight, it does not mean that you can eat anything you feel like. Healthy diet helps you leading a healthy life. Include raw food in your diet as it is healthier in a long run.
